Introduction Welcome to Neuro WellNest. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking a session.

Therapist Information Neuro WellNest is operated solely by Christina MacLeod. All sessions are conducted online unless otherwise agreed upon.

Services Provided Neuro WellNest offers therapy services tailored to individual needs. The type and duration of therapy will be discussed and agreed upon during the initial consultation.

Bookings and Payments

1. All sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system.

2. Payments must be made in full at the time of booking via the provided payment methods.

3. Session rates will be clearly stated at the time of booking and are subject to change with prior notice.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

2. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Neuro WellNest.

3. Refunds for cancelled sessions (with sufficient notice) will be processed within 5 working days.

Confidentiality

1. All information shared during sessions is strictly confidential, except in cases where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).

2. To ensure I am working to the highest standard, I may share information with my clinical supervisor. This is done in a way that maintains client anonymity wherever possible.

3. If I believe there is a risk of harm to you or someone else, I am legally obligated to share relevant information with appropriate authorities or services.

4. Sessions are not recorded unless explicitly agreed upon in advance.

Limitations of Therapy

1. Therapy is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate medical care for physical or mental health conditions.

2. Neuro WellNest does not provide crisis support. In an emergency, clients should contact local emergency services or a crisis helpline.

Client Responsibilities

1. Clients are expected to attend sessions punctually and in a private, distraction-free environment.

2. Any technical issues on the client’s end (e.g., internet connectivity) may result in the session being cut short, without the possibility of rescheduling or refund unless deemed appropriate by Neuro WellNest.

Therapist Responsibilities

1. Sessions will be conducted professionally and in accordance with ethical guidelines.

2. Should the therapist need to cancel a session, clients will be offered a rescheduled session or a full refund.

Data Protection

1. Personal data will be handled in accordance with UK data protection laws (GDPR).

2. Clients have the right to access, rectify, or delete their personal data held by Neuro WellNest.

Dispute Resolution In the unlikely event of a dispute, we encourage clients to contact Neuro WellNest directly to resolve the matter. If resolution is not possible, disputes may be referred to an appropriate mediation service.

Changes to Terms and Conditions Neuro WellNest reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
